Anal skin tag removal… still bleeding 6 months later?

I had a haemorrhoid that turned into a skin tag earlier in the year. I had the skin tag removed in a small surgical procedure in May and experienced no complications or pain and seemed to heal quite quickly. That said, in the sunmer - around 3 months later - I experienced some bleeding after being constipated. That passed and I assumed it was just because the procedure was still relatively recent. I've just been constipated again though, and the same thing has happened. The toilet was full of blood afterwards, which seems a bit alarming considering its now been 6 months. What are other peoples' experiences of this?
