Anal ulcers?? (GRAPHIC!)

i posted another discussion on this earlier but i wanted to add some updated pictures and wasn't sure how... they look worse now and the pain is so bad, i don't even have health insurance right now so i don't know what to do. could this be herpes?? i've never had this problem before and i've been with my partner (my first and only partner) for months now. this past week when we did anal is when it started to hurt and i became itchy and that's when the sores/ulcers started showing up. at first i thought maybe he accidentally tore the tissue or something but that doesn't explain all the ulcers 😦

    Hi, please see my earlier post. Unfortunately this is acute genital herpes and nothing else. Your partner may be an asymptomatic carrier of herpes, which is a common phenomenon.

    Not sure where you live- I'm guessing USA since you mention insurance. If you can't afford to see a doctor, then follow the remedies I've already suggested: salt baths, paracetamol and lidocaine gel to ease the pain and ride it out. Most people with acute infection start to notice improvement after 4-7 days.
