Anal warts? Piles? Something else?

I was examining myself last night and felt a bumps around my anus so I decided to look closer, I found what I thought were anal warts. After doing some research online I realised that they looked more like skin tags/piles but I am not experiencing any of the symptoms associated with piles like pain or discomfort. I have had genital warts in the past that did not require surgery. Another thing to note is that I spend a lot of time sitting down because I work as a designer, I also sit on the toilet for a long time when I poo (going through my phone etc) and end up leaving 15/20 minutes after finishing.

Please take a look at the pictures and advise, I am currently in a remote location because of work and would like to know what I am dealing with right now. imageimage
