Seriously no one on the web can answer this question. Please go and see your doctor! Why would you wait another day?

Visit a gastroenterologist. With proctoscopy he will be able to tell you the exact cause. More chances of fissure. Gastroenterologist will tell. Don't worry till then eat more fiber, drink more water, avoid straining., take sitz bath after motion.

Your general physician will also treat you, by inspecting anus. If the problem won't stop, then you can visit Colo rectal surgeon or gastroenterologist (gi specialist). Take care.

Rectal cancer is very rare and so it is very unlikely that it is the cause. I know it’s really embarrassing to see your doctor for this problem, but you need to see a colorectal surgeon about it. He is used to seeing everything and will be able to diagnose your condition and treat it accordingly. In the meantime, adjust your diet, stop eating meat and dairy and increase fruit and vegetables. Drink lots of water and take a stool softener every evening so that it is easy to go to the toilet. Good luck and keep us updated
