Anemia?

My nails have always been very healthy. About 4 months ago, they started changing.

My toenails no longer have the shiny, top layer. It's just gross, white, and rough. I'm attaching a picture of my fingernails. There's deep ridges, pits, green stuff and they're splitting. So, the entire top layer is coming off from the nail bed. I've been on antifungal meds for about a month. It hasn't changed anything.

I'm anemic, but it's level 9. Would that cause all this?

    You have to take those antifungal meds for at least 6 months or more for you to see any effect.
