Hi im after some advice, I have suffered with Anemia for many years and with each passing year its getting worse. I was going back and forth to my GP and it became like a yoyo, I was taking ferrous sulfate 200mg for the first many years, eventually I believe the medication was useless. This year has been the worst year for me, eventually I was referred to a specialist (thank goodness to the female doctor who referred me straight away?) to the hospital and the Doctor at the hospital recommended by the doctor that I have a coil fitted due to heavy bleeding.i was relieved and after a few months waiting I had it fitted. I still feel worse and was wondering if there is anything anyone can help with, or recommend I can do. I am always tired, morning, day, night. I feel breathless after climbing up a case of stairs, I feel my temple pulpitating and heart racing so much I just wanna sit down. I am have more headaches each day, some days I wake up with a headache, i feel dizzy most part of the day. I dont sleep well, i can't remember the last time I slept a good 8hr.i am at my wits end.
