Of course it can. Yes. Anemia has similiar symptoms to anxiety but they are actually occurring do to anemia. You need to fix your iron levels.

It does. Hopefully when you levels are back you will feel way better. I hooe they have you on a low level of blodd pressure meds if its just for the palpatioms because that a typical anemia thing. And you have to,wean off blood, pressure meds they alter heart rhythms. You can never just stop those. Be oatient and make sure you follow uo to recheck the levels. And why did it gomso slow to begin with? Have you also checked your b12 levels and have they checked the rest of the minerals in you. Usually defivpcient in one means difficient in another, good you are a multi too. B12 would be a sublingual even if it says its in the mukti wint absorb like that. But ask and check.

Anemia and b12 could be your problem. Seriously you can actually this before it does turn into an anxiety disorder from the trauma of it all. B12 should be minimun 400-600 and i know each country has diiferent levels but if you are at 200 it would surely exolain why you have anemia too. Go,get the shot and go but sub linguals they work i was in shots for years and tears now i use the sublingula and its working. Discuss dosages with your doctor. You might get to be a lucky ine on here and be able to correct all this mess. And then wean of the bp med if its only because of the palps from the anemia. Your doctor can help you with all this. Im guessing you are not in the usa because they wouldnt let this slide so easily. This is correctable. Good luck and i hope when you do correct it you are all abck to normal. And always recheck your bloods every six months.

Last time ill post but i really want you to understand this is fixable. I cooied and pasted this for you.Vitamin B12 deficiency anemia is a low red blood cell count due to a lack (deficiency) of vitamin B12.

      Causes

*****Your body needs vitamin B12 to make red blood cells. In order to provide vitamin B12 to your cells:****

You must eat plenty of foods that contain vitamin B12, such as meat, poultry, shellfish, eggs, and dairy products.

Your body must absorb enough vitamin B12. A special protein, called intrinsic factor, helps your body do this. This protein is released by cells in the stomach.

A lack of vitamin B12 may be due to dietary factors, including:

Eating a poorly planned vegetarian diet

      Poor diet in infants

      Poor nutrition during pregnancy

Certain health conditions can make it difficult for your body to absorb enough vitamin B12. They include:

      Chronic alcoholism

Crohn disease, celiac disease, infection with the fish tapeworm, or other problems that make it difficult for your body to digest foods

Pernicious anemia, a type of vitamin B12 anemia that occurs when your body destroys cells that make intrinsic factor

Surgery that removes certain parts of your stomach or small intestine, such as some weight-loss surgeries

Taking antacids and other heartburn medicines for a long period of time

My conition short term memory problems does cause an Anxiety problem although in my case it is caused by a Chronic Pain Condition.

I have been given advice how to conteract the problem by using a part of my Mid Term Memory, that helps me remember certain things and eventually passing al memories into my long term memory. I still forget things and I sometimes need to approach my thoughts in different ways.

If iron was low in your bloods your GP should advise on foods and supplements to take to normalise your readings
