Aneurysm size detection

I was recently diagnosed with an aneurysm , via sonogram, prior to a stress test. My test results in my patient portal said the size was 5.23 cm.

My cardiologist sent me for several more tests, including an angio CT with and without contrast. My results from this test said 3.9 cm.

I dont return to see my cardiologist for 3 weeks, so its got me wondering big time which result to believe.

Anyone know which result is more reliable?
