Anger!

I am just wondering if anyone out there is dealing with extreme anger in perimenopause without any provocation?! I have just come off of two weeks of feeling like my best self, only to descend into fits of rage that I do my best to contain. I usually just scream quietly (when possible) or try to distract myself, but this is NOT fun to deal with!

Please share your experiences:)

    Hi Bev,

    Yes, can totally relate!

I used to pride myself on my ability to be patient and level-headed. That girl is long gone, apparently.

Things that I wouldn't even consider a nuisance before, send me into cursing these days.

    It is so exhausting.

When I get enough rest, it's not so bad, but there are only so many hours in the day...

Do you feel "anger hangover" after a particularly rough day?

Much love and grace to you!

    Sara
