Angina

I am taking medication for angina. No other problems. I am 80 but still enjoy a good physical relationship. Erections now an issue. With my medication, I don't want to take any of the various tablets such Viagra. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Depending on what medication you're taking for angina, the regular ED drugs may still be an option. I'd see a doctor though, as ED could potentially be a sign of another health issue, and you'd need a prescription for any of the regular ED drugs anyway.
Keeping weight within a normal range, not smoking, and exercise may also help.
These links may help, though the second is written for doctors:

There are non-drug treatments for ED such as vacuum pump, but you'd need to see an expert to be sure you know what to use and how so it is safe in conjunction with your angina and angina meds.

I take Amlodipine for hypertension and Alfuzosin and Dutasteride for an enlarged prostate. I suffer with erectile dysfunction and it causes so much stress and I'm in my early forties.
I have been down the route of medication and I have too many side effects. My GP sent me to the ED clinic and I was persuaded the erection vacuum pump was a better alternative. I had the assessment of trying the pump out in clinic and the pump cost me nearly £190. The downside to this is your erection goes cold after 10/15 minutes and it's not a comfortable experience.
