Angiomyolipoma right kidney

hi i have dianosed with haveing a angiomyolipoma on my right kidney it was picked up on a mri when looking at my spine i am in constant pain down my right side and across my back i am on slow realease morphine and liquid morphine for pain relief i have had a ct scan as well i wasnt told what the ct scan was for i just thought it was for my back the next day i get letter saying they found this mass on my right kidney well you can imagine what was going though my mind well this week i got comformation of this angimyolipoma which the letter said i didnt have cancer which took some of the relief a way but nothing about how big it is etc i got a telephone appointment on the 22nd feb due to covid it got to be on the phone and not at the hospital which would have been better for me a face to face apointment but in the mean time every time i eat i am in pain and start feeling sick is this normal when you have one of these my stomach feels like a trampoline as soon as i start eating it bounces back up and the pain starts i have to eat i am type 2 diabetic and i have to keep my sugars stable and i am constanly thirsty i test my sugars and they are ok so i cant put been thirsty down to my diabetes but what i have notticed when i drink loads my calf muscle swells up i can watch it go down once i have empited my bladder its like my left kidney cant cope so it goes into my legs what treatment as people had for this type of temor please or do they just remove the kidney
