The only effective way to deal with anxiety without medication is to use therapy. That's the road I choose too

Lots of opinions, such as the only effective way to deal with anxiety is through therapy. Well, I don't think so, of course that's my opinion. I thought I was losing my mind with panic attacks which I didn't know anything about until I read a book by Dr.Claire Weekes. It was my release from panic, my escape from mind bluff, OK, that was me, 2 psychologists which I knew told me, it is surprising just a book helped me. I'm not patting myself on the back, but maybe there are alternatives to therapy.

It really depends on too many factors, lengrh of anxiety, triggers, background history etc. Some people respond well to no or little treatment - others don't. A resolution to the root cause is really the only way, therapy is designed to so that, for others other ways will be enough, all just depends on the individual
