ankle and tibia fracture almost 10 weeks but still swelling i use already crutches

You may find that elevating your foot above the level of your heart and wrapping your ankle in a very cold Ace bandage helps with the pain and the swelling. Cheers, Richard

thats is normal sir swelling while i am walking with my crutches

One year out broken tib/fib. Plate and screws. No more swelling physical therapist did massage and I did at home. This helped with the swelling. Long road to recovery. I will consider surgical removal of metal. Walk much better with shoes on.
