Ankle / foot pain

hi, around january 2020 i came down really hard on my heel bone, for around 6-8 weeks i could not apply any pressure at all when walking, i had gotten it scanned as i thought i broke my heel bone or fractured it but the scan came back fine, over the time i couldnt apply any weight to it i found myself walking differently to sustain any pressure on my foot, its a little hard though when i stand 10 hours per day in my line of work, the pain has eased and i can walk pretty normal now but after a while on my feet i find it getting sore and it constantly feels like it needs cracked, im 29 and relatively healthy, its beginning to affect me mentally, can anyone suggest anything it could be ? have i done permanent damage ? i wear a heel and ankle brace when at home, and have a type of tight sock for sports injuries i wear at work. but i would just love for it to get back to normal, i read so much stuff and tried loads, is it something i should see a doctor or anybody about ?

thanks in advance for any advice.

I don't have any experience with this, but I would definitely see a doctor if you can. That should at least give you some peace of mind. Best of luck!
