Ankle fusion vs replacement

hello all. i sm nearing the time that i have to make the decision on TAR vs fusion. There are s couple of things that make me lean towards a TAR

  1. i love yoga
  2. i dont wear heels much but would like to wear a smallish heel at times. anyone out there who has had either surgery got any advice on the 2 options in general ? anyone with s fusion able to wear a small heel ? thanks

    i had an ankle fusion a year ago. i wouldn't be able to wear a heeled shoe i don't think as the range is fairly limited. but i am enjoying practising yoga again, with some modifications of course - but due to pain/ankle deformity pre surgery i had to make modifications to some poses anyway
