Sounds pretty normal to me. I am 2 weeks into 2nd knee replacement and get a lot of pain around my ankle as well. I also have pain right above the knee and just like the first time I went through this it just doesnt seem like it will quit hurting.

The good news is that it does quit hurting and at 7 weeks you should be reaching the point in the next couple of weeks where you'll just notice one day that your not hurting so much anymore and also you'll be sleeping better.

Good luck with your recovery I believe at some point in the not too distant future you'll be really glad you went through all of this.

Sounds normal. I'm 10 months post op now and I can remember the painful nights for the first 2 or 3 months. Movement and ice were the key for me..........Good luck.....it does get better !! Like Chico on this forum preaches...It's a 1 to 1 and a half year journey. !! I'm a believer !!!!!!
