Ankle pins and plates

Since posting about my ankle and the pins the other day and since then I've just been in pain and uncomfortable, I don't know if it's psychological or not, I've got a bit of a sore where it's rubbed on my shoes... See pics image

    If the pain just started a short while ago after not being in pain for years you should be seen by a doctor. A simple x ray will tell if something is wrong.

      Yeah, I'm going to make a GP appointment, the underneath part of my foot hurts too
