ankle sprain in right ankle(eversion)

i got my right ankle(inside)injured while playing soccer on (9th october 2016),it was an eversion, but i continued playing soccer using a crepe bandage although i was able to see blood inside the skin(for two or three days maximum) when i used to sit cross legged but i used ice for that but unfortunately pain was still there below the inside bump of my right ankle and a little swelling too. i went to a orthopedic on (10th feb 2017).he asked for an X-ray but everything was alright and then he asked for MRI on (22 feb 2017) and it was found in MRI that i had a 40-50% tear in my tibio-calcaneal ligament and minimal injury in tibio-talar ligament and mild effusion.i feel pain when i shoot the football and a minimal pain in running.but i know there is something wrong with my right ankle as ligaments are damaged, and i have a little swelling too in the inside bump of my right ankle(can it be a scar tissue coz i over used it for 4 months after injury without any rest and all??)……..pls tell me how much time will it take to heal and what should i actually do to recover and can i get recover or not…..and yes i have no problem with range of motion…but i just feel pain during eversion like kicking a soccer ball and a little tingling pain too normally.
what diet should i take??please answer my all question sir…..i am feeling very low as i don’t know if i am able to continue soccer again or not.
and take all the dates and the pic(MRI report) in consideration and tell me what to do should i stop walking ???

I'm not a doctor but having read what you posted it seemed to me that kicking a football had caused you the origin problem and subsequent kicking a football continued to give you pain which is why I wrote what I did.
I cannot suggest anything else but your doctor may be able to suggest something.
