Ankle Support Advice

Hi everyone!

I'm STILL struggling with my foot (broken ankle 4 months ago, plaster removed nearly 10 weeks ago).  As I've stated previously, my bone has completely healed perfectly .. although I'm still in agony with the toe and upper foot ligaments. I'm fully WB, but walking with a pretty severe limo

(mainly due to me not being able to complete a full-step whilst bending my toes).

You guys have any good ankle support recommendations?  I've been using a fairly decent daily one since having my plaster removed, but it's a full foot support.  I'm unsure whether having the support/tightness around my toes and the top of my foot is doing more harm than good.  I'm ideally just wanting a support that protects and supports my actual ankle, not one that acts like a full foot sock-type one (hope I've explained that properly!!).

Any suggestions or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.  I'm in the UK by the way.

Thanks!!

    Hi

If you search ankle support on Amazon there are different types on there. Not too expensive 😊

    Hi!

I popped a bunch of ligaments in my ankle about 6 months ago landing on someone's foot in a volleyball match. I have been playing sports again, but still not fully healed. I searched a bunch and came across these ankle braces called Liomor Ankle Support. They are pretty light weight and have been helping a lot while I play volleyball.

    Hope this helps!
