Ankle Surgery post Op help

Hi my name is Jennifer, I am 10 days post op and need some advice, insight, encouragement etc. I tripped and fell on the evening of 3/13. i knew instantly it was broken. We went to the er and i fractured my tibia, fibula and talus. Man i cant even describe that....the next day i went to orthopedic and nothing but surgery was an option. the surgery was scheduled for 3/17. The surgery went well and i have a plate in one, 2 screws in one and 2 screws in the other. The first day after it "woke up" was excruiating, slowly that is improving but i am having spasms, cant sleep, cant get in my bed because it seems like too many obsticles. Im doing the best i can with being able to hop from my recliner to the hall bath but thats it....my husband is going back to work Monday and im terrified of being here without him.....yall help me know how it went with you i need some insight!!!! TIA
