Anogenital bump w/o sensation but doesn’t present like HPV

relevant information:

bump first noticed 4 weeks ago. Never had any genital warts or STDs in past. Not painful or itchy. Dont really notice it is there. presents like a wart but to me it doesnt look like HPV. Has changed in presentation over 4 weeks. While i shower every morning i also low grade sweat throughout my on the feet job everyday.

is this HPV or something else? Any help is awesome b/c I am single hoping to date without confidence issues.
