Anone check urine PH levels? 7 is a good one for me.

You can get that little wheel of a long yellow strip and break off a bit before you pee. Then hold it in the stream a second or two and compare the color on the chart.

My urine tends to be very acidic (5,5, etc) which can cause burning. I eat a lot of grains and they are one of the things that can make it acidic.

I'm switching to Fiji water as the PH is 7.7 which is higher than Evian.

Figures that if your bladder is inflamed you want to make it as happy as possible and that means it is good to have alkaline urine rather than acidic.
