Another great day!

Today was another great day. I am super happy. Feels like sticking with it is doing good. Still have the shakes and little anxious but have zanax to help if it gets bad. Hoping this keeps on coming! Keep strong and brave. I was scared last week it wasn't working. Now I feel more confident that I got the needed help.

      Things have been going well. My mind has slowed down from my racing thoughts. I been able to enjoy moments everyday without a panic attack. This has save me from my deep and dark crazy world. I couldn't be more happy about my decision to stay on Sertraline. On 100 mgs since July 13, 2015. It's like the old happy me came back and I talk more rather then living in my head. I was always worried about what others might think or say. Now that has calmed and I am making more friends.

      All started on June 18th at 50mgs. Life changing for me :-)

      I started on 50 mgs on June 18th. Then upped to 100 mgs on july 18th.
