another in properly fitted contraception

So little while back I posted about my nurse bouching the minor op to get the implant out of my arm and leaving me with two contraceptions in it hasn't been that long think it's about three weeks if not a little bit longer and my coil has disappeared aswell I can't find anything online to ease My Mind with this so has anyone else had this issue and what has happened how did it get found and removed I tried phoning the surgery about this and I keep getting call back tomorrow at 8 a.m. and thing is I suffer with high blood pressure now which that's another thing they're not bothered about so the stress of this really isn't good for me so I was just hoping someone could put my mind at ease with what will happen and how. While I wait on transferring doctors as that's going to take 6 to 7 weeks before I can even be seen by new surgery
