sorry I'm having problems with this site again and gave up. Seroxat is an antidepressant and nothing to do with alcohol.

Nalltrexone I'm on but think others have explained about it anyway. Didn't want you to think I was ignoring you!!

anyway hope all ok with you..

    Yes, I did get a couple of very informative replies. I did some research before but was obviously in the wrong shop.

    I have no wish to drink again; I have no cravings for alcohol, I've never missed it since I became sober and was taught by a very high ranking Taiwanese doctor (probably now retired) a method to insulate myself from many emotions - happy, sad or angry which could lead to a return to drink.

    I'm asking for information as a form of preparation just in case; we never know what tomorrow will bring but at the moment, I can socialise very happily with an orange juice in hand.

    I will look at the links kindly sent to me.

      Good to hear this positive post from you. I'm really interested in what you learnt about insulating yourself from negative emotions. Was it a form of meditation?
