Anterior rectal mucosa

i have been diagnosed with decent of anterior rectal mucosa its agony emptying bowels. i had a hysterectomy feb 2018 and a suture rectopexy with colon resection in july this year none of my symptoms have improved so i went for a 2nd opinion my current consultant says the operation i had was for intussuseption and my proctogram clearly states non..help i do not know where to turn getting more depressed by the whole situation every day. i have no idea what kind of surgery will correct this problem
