Antibiotic side effects and freaking out

I have an indwelling catheter that I have had for about a month now. Was given Bactrim and an injection of Gentamycin. I now have a weird ache in my right leg and upper thigh. It has been there for a few weeks. It is very easy to find on the internet that these problems will never ever go away. I don't see anyone saying after a few weeks or months that these problems go away. I now that the net is skewed. The ones still suffering at the one reporting.  Can someone calm me down. My OCD is running amuck. I am having surgery next month and I don't need this fear and worry on top of my fear over surgery. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE PUT THIS IN PERSPECTIVE FOR ME!!!!!!

    Antibiotics are among the most frequently prescribed medications in modern medicine. Antibiotics cure disease by killing or injuring bacteria. The first antibiotic was penicillin, discovered accidentally from a mold culture.

    Some of the more common side effects may include:

    1. Soft stools or diarrhea

    2. Mild stomach upset
