I was on a seven day course of antibiotics and on the third day started having nosebleed going down my throat. This was stated as a secondary effect but the Dr. did not seem worried. My thought is that if the capillaries in the nose are ruptured by this drug maybe those elsewhere in the body could be affected (like the Brain!?).
Any views on this welcome.

I do not think so, perhaps something else caused this issue.
