Now on second batch, this time nitrofurantoin, 4th day and no relief, something doens't feel right, like all the nerve endings are being aggrivated by something, keep drinking water but not helping much, sometimes feels like its going then comes back again. Even tried the waterfall D mannose but read you have to take for a long time, i cant afford the £20.00 per small tub to buy repeatedly. Im getting burning even when not passing urine.  Any suggestions please? Un diagnosed thrush umaybe?

Hello! If you believe this is a uti or you were diagnosed with a uti by your doctor then I suggest you immediately start taking probiotics, it sound silly but the antibiotics kill all the good bacteria along with the bad. So it's very hard for everything to normalize again. Also drink a bottle of kombucha a day(you should start getting immediate results)they sell it in the refrigerated area usually for health. It doesn't taste the best but does wonders. If the pain is very severe I would suggest also taking Azo until the probiotics have had time to help. If you do not have access to this or you must order it then you can drink 8 oz of water with 1 tsp of baking soda. It will relieve some of the pain.
