Hello All.

Does anyone know if it is ok to take Citirazine ( antihistamine ) whilst on methotrexate and prednisolone?

    Well I have been taking it fine to help with reaction to tree pollen . It didn't even occur to me to find out to be honest as I also have a biologic drug by infusion , which requires an anti histamine infused first to counteract any possible allergic reaction at the site. 

    But I guess the safest thing is to check with a pharmacist - maybe I should?!

    Hi Paula I have R.A also on same combo as yourself one of the problems I get

    with R.A is terrible itchy hands and feet so have to take the same antihistamine

    as yourself prescribed by Dr to take daily so in answer to your question it's

    yes it's fine no problems
