Have you been tested for mineral deficiencies? Given its harder for us to break down food now that we dont get the appropriate amount of bile we tend to develop deficiencies that can end up causing major issues. 4 key ones to check are iron, magnesium, b12 and vitamin d. I hope you get this solved and feel better soon. After i found my deficiencies it took me a few months to feel really good again but I could notice a small change even after a day with them. I deal with these 4 and a few others.

I have serious issues with anxiety & depression that have been present since I was a child (I'm now 60) and I find that, when I'm ill and in apin (as at present) or fearful about something (like an op.) these symptoms become very, very much worse. I suspect the traum of the operation, following on months of being ill, hve sontributed massively to your current problems. However, I do agree that it's really vital to get your B12 and Magnseioum levels, in particular, checked out, as these also have a considerable effect on one's mood and genral well being.

I was depressed (bursting into tears at the smallest thing), anxious and irritable, getting headaches, dizzy spells, heart palpitations, feeling full all the time with no appetite, had trouble sleeping, extreme fatigue and generally not wanting to do anything. I'm feeling great now. Sleep sound at night, wake up energized, appetite is back and food is digesting.

Took about a week for the fatigue, about a month to fully fix the depression, anxiety and heart palps and appetite, and about 3 months for the sleep issues

I had anxiety being home by myself the first week. It has been almost 3 weeks and when I am alone it seems like I think too much

It helps going to work. My anxiety had been over food. Everything I eat causes me great pain and takes forever to digest. I am eating a bland diet and having that trouble. Could not imagine trim to eat normal....
