Hi, don't get yourself in a panic, it was breast pain that got me in this state in the first place, thinking I was dying and then it escalated into full blown health anxiety. I'm on 20mg too, about 6 weeks in and last night I again had aches and pains shooting through my breast. I have a party to host this weekend and I've noticed a pattern of when I'm a little bit worried or stressed about something then pain seems to show up but its a vicious cycle when we suffer like we do. I've come not to worry about it anymore. Try not to over think about it too much, I've had breast pain for about 8months (Defo the anxiety doing it) and I'm still alive and kicking 😃
