    Hi Gina

I have been suffering with anxiety for years now alongside depression. I have just taken a quizz for anxiety disorders and scored 71% which is bordering on an anxiety personality disorder apperently!!

As for your hand tingling there could be a number of explanations. My first experience of this turned out to be Carpal Tunnel SYndrome for which I underwent surgery and it relieved the problem. Tingling returned and after being sent for an x-ray by my G.P. turned out to be nerve issues due to severe osteoarthritis. The tingling is not necessarily to do with your anxiety.

Unfortunately anxiety seems to affect us all in different ways. I get the feeling of butterlies in the stomach all the time along with sweating, twitching / restless legs and hair pulling.

I'm on medication Propanalol 80mg not sure that it's actually working though will need to discuss with G.P. at next appointment.

I can say that since joining this website it has helped just talking to people who suffer from the same conditions as we can all appreciate what others are going through.

Keep talking as it certainly helps to try and make sense of things.
