Do anyone else feel sad or have crying spells in the moring and what do you do to feel better..... My husband was my support system until he did some mean things so I can't go to him

    Just remember that you are in control and if you want to cry you can. Try to list the things that you are grateful for in your life because everyone is always worried or depressed about things which go wrong. Think about all the things which went right.

    The two sadest times of the day is generally, morning or evening depending on the person and their concerns

    You are having problems with your Husband because of His meaness to you and now He is no longer around.

    Because of above you sound depressed and you have lost your Helper and someone to talk to.

    See your GP and explain the stress you are suffering from
