Mixing with people oh NOOO. I have been keeping myself away from any crowd or group of people. I only meet one-to one with those I feel %100 comfortable and can openly tell them how I feel. Otherwise it us a big struggle. I attended a parent's talk in my daughter's school last night. Even that was daunting as if I am giving the speech. Hope this anxiety will be over soon and we can have our normal life back! All the best to anxiety striken ladies.

For me my anxiety is heightened when I read, see, think of anything negative.  For example, I try not to watch the news (currently the news showing school shooting) my heart will start racing and I feel kind of nauseous.  I have to do something to take my mind off of negativity or keep my mind busy so I don't think of those things.  I was never like this until a few months ago.

Yes, it is horrible.  I work full time and am pretty sure that my coworkers have decided that I’m crazy.  Everything feels like more than I can handle.

You can try Bach Rescue spray , look up vits that help this anxiety . Go out walking helps burn all that adrenalin off . Stay away from sugars they push up anxiety . It's a bit like having a kid on sugar over load they get hyper how I think to sugar in meno and post . It's a hard time for anxiety and those who suffer from depression . What these YoYo hormones will do .Many. Describe anxiety as having butterfly's in stomach .
