Aaw hi demi
Hope the setraline works soon for you. Its still early days. Every day you are getting that wee bit closer to feeling a lot better and getting your smile back 😊it just takes bit of time. Try and force yourself to do something its really hard I know. But anything to try focus on. I thought i was never getting back to reality but we all feel like that at beginning. But it does improve. Try think of things. People that make you happy xx

Hang on in there Demi. It will be worth it in the end. I was so so poorly and was collapsing with anxiety, panic attacks and burn out. I had constant palpitations and didn't think I was ever going to feel normal again. I couldn't leave the house for months. I've been off work since November. I am going back to work in about 2 weeks. I can now go out...go shopping...pick up my grandson from school and today I've put up a garden shed. It has taken me what felt like an eternity but I'm 90% there. If I overdo it I can feel a panic attack coming on but I stop and breath in through my nose and out through my mouth for a couple of minutes and shout STOP in my head and it works.( Google...How to stop a panic attack in 3 minutes ) it really works. If you are alone phone a friend...watch some comedy..remember it's just your mind tricking you.
Keep yer chin up...You can beat this ...
Good luck

Hi Demi, hang in there, like everyone else said its the side affects, theres always a storm before the calm. I m on my 15th week and I'm feeling so much better. Don't get me wrong, i do have bad days, but not like before. I would never want to go back to the way i was and you will feel the same when this settles down for you. 😎
