i keep feeling like my body is going to stop breathing is that possible ?

    its not going to happen. As long as you are alive, your body is set to automatically breathe. You are most likely experiencing anxiety which can make you feel short of breath. Unless you also have asthma or are a smoker, that can cause shortness of breath too.

    you need to learn proper breathing when you have anxiety. Go to YouTube and listen to some great short meditations for breathing properly. They really help! One is called stop panic attack now. even if you’re not having a panic attack but you’re having a breathing issue, this will really help you! She guide you through the breathing. There are many many other meditations for anxiety, sleep, breathing, etc. pick the ones you want and do them daily.

    try not to think about your breathing all the time because that could make you feel worse. Hang in there you’re going to be fine ❤
