what is a good natural herb that will help with anxiety? I noticed since my anxiety level went up, I feel a vapor like tangling sensation in my arm and legs that comes in go. Have anyone else experienced this and what did you take to alleviate the feeling?

    tingling sensation in the arms, legs, face, scalp, etc. is very common with anxiety. The B vitamins are known to have a protective effect on the nervous system.lavender is known to have a calming affect. There are several other herbs that may or may not help calm anxiety. Chamomile is one of them.

    But make sure that whenever you try a natural herb remedy that your doctor is aware of what you are taking. Some of them even though they are natural can have side effects . some of them interfere with other medication a person may be taking. A lot of them have not been approved by the FDA so just be careful.

    i take melatonin before I go to sleep. It relaxes me and makes me sleepy. I don’t take it during the day because of the sleepy effect and I especially don’t drive after taking it!

    learn some great slow deep breathing exercises for anxiety that you can find on YouTube.

    also when I get in some exercise, it really reduces my anxiety. Hope you feel better .
