does anyone have a burning sensation which travels up the chest and to the shoulders and upper arms. this is a new one for me

i’ve had something similar to that. Only my travels up and even into my face. I think we both have had anxiety for a very long time .would be nice if one day all this was gone! So far it’s been with me since I was about six years old. ugh
I do hope that sensation goes away for you soon.

it keeps coming and going. keep thinking its my heart but it passes. im 50 and had this s**t since i was 18. dont think ill ever get rid of it

i noticed u had posted about the covid vaccines. i had no side effects other than a heavy arm. the anxiety was not an issue at all. the worst part was travelling to the vaccine centre to get the jabs
