    Hi Nikki

The mornings are still normal, even after 7 months. The mornings anxiety were the last to go for me. It took me almost a year. But the morning was getting better month after month.

Keep pushing... it's a long process.... you're doing well in the afternoon...mornings anxiety will get shorter and shorter...

    Keep safe

Thats really good to know andre82825. I am on Cit for 4 and a half months now and I still experience morning anxiety and weakness in my legs and like a scared feeling in the pit of my stomach. I am so happy to be a member of this group. I keep coming back to get reassurance that I'm not alone. Thanks for your response to nikki39329. it's slowly getting better, but SLOWLY..

Hi Andre82825 .I am still experiencing morning anxiety, but it is not as bad as the beginning. I use to be paralyzed by fear, but now I just get up when I wake and go about my day. Mind you, it's still there, but not as intense. I go for walks and try to keep busy. Some days are better than others. I am going to continue with the meds for a while longer. It's taking longer than I expected, but that's how it works I'm told.

How are you doing? I hope you're feeling better.
