Hello i started 50mgs of Setraline about eight weeks ago havnt felt that great really so ive just up to 75mgs so please god I will feel alot better soon my mood is very low so confidence low self_esteem and over weight has anyone else feel similar to me Would be grateful for good advice Thankyou
