Anxiety about a heart attack.

hello, so i started with panic attacks and anxiety in 2018! its was pretty bad for about a year and a half, i had headfog, shortness of breath i literally didnt want to leave my bed! and if was always worse at night, i overcame it and have been so good! until about a month ago... when i experienced my first panic attack in well over a year! since then i have had shortness of breath, dizziness, off balanced?, and for the first time im experiencing chest pain along with arm pain and sometimes even back pain! it can go from sharp pain to dull aches... never normally lasts more than 5-10 minutes...? but its really worrying me, im only 23.. but everytime i google my symptoms the first thing that comes up everytime is heart attack! ive beeb experiencing these symptoms for about 6 to 9 weeks i would say.. has anyone else had this problem or have this fear! please help.

    I've Been going thru exactly the same thing as I'm writing this I have my index finer under my left chest feeling my pulse.

    I've had thus fir 8 years. I've had every test going. bloods test. most recent a heart monitor. I struggle so much with it. one pulpatations can wreck my day.

    I constantly think I'm going to have a heart attack I just feel crappy and as a man I do on the odd occasions cry.

    I wudnt wish this on anyone as it does control ur life.

    this is the first time I've spoke to someone about it.

    but no matter what someone Says weather its a doc a friend or relative. u still will think something wrong.

    I just hope there light at the end of the tunnel.

    Yes, I started experiencing anxiety/panic in my 20s (lightheadedness, loss of appetite, nauseau, etc) and when I googled my symptons, it said heart failure. Went to the emergency room so many times. So many EKGs, blood tests, etc. Since then I have dealt with this fear (cardiophobia) on and off for years. Trust the doctors, when they tell you you're healthy. Otherwise, you begin to live a half-life and that's just awful!
