Anxiety about brain tumor

In the last several months I've been having health anxiety over different things more recently I've been getting a ton of headaches over the last month and a half, it's not just one spot on my head that hurts it seems to move around sometimes I will hurt in my forehead other times on my left of right side and other times on the top or back of my head, it's not a horrible pain more irritating and worrisome, I keep getting scared I have a brain tumor, although headache is my only symptoms, any encouraging words that this is only anxiety

    Hi, personally I would have pain in my head too. Often, I will get paranoid myself. But i'm well aware that pain in head can indicate many things, including worsening eyesight. You might want to get it checked out if you are still paranoid. Better safe than sorry!

      I went to the er and a few different doctors they all did a physical exam and pretty much think it's tension headaches, they said I would have more problems if it were a brain tumor and my pupils looked fine, but I have really bad health anxiety and can't help but to worry
