Anxiety about small bumps in my vulva, under my clit and inside my vag

Hi! I've done some research and these might just be VP, but they've been bleeding, sometimes they're coated with something yellow but when I wash it off its flesh colored. and there's like a pimple in the inside, right in my vaginal opening. I'll include photos. please help 😦 it's been itching a bit, but I also have no unusual discharge. the last time I had sex was about a week and a half ago and we used protection but I understand that it still might be possible. should I be worried??
