Anxiety about Transmissible Diseases

A few days ago I went to a local medspa and had a baby botox procedure by their RN injector. Ever since, I have been filled with overwhelming anxiety regarding transmissible diseases.

I am confident that the needles used for my procedure were new as the package was on the counter, however I am concerned about the bottle of botox itself. What are the chances of contracting HIV

if the bottle was used for a previous patient and a needle was reinserted back into the botox bottle (to get more out, for example) after the needle was used on a patient. I believe the bottles are used for multiple doses.
