i had ankle surgery 7 weeks ago i have a 6 to 7 inch almost healed incision i so therapy and i can walk pretty good with crutches but i am so afraid to just give up the crutches i cant walk without them even though im allowed to how can i overcome this fear i try and just cant make myself do it also have two blood clots in two different veins of surgery leg so now on blood thinners and nerve pain medication
