Your mind is playing woth you. Thise symptoms arent anything serious at all. For the eye twitch soak your feet in magnessium flakes for thirty minutes two days in a row and that should calm that. That is a stress reaction because you have had it with all the anxiety. You need to drink a lot of water. Even if nor thirsty. Flush your system. That water will hydrate your insides, thin mucous and really help. Half your body weight in iunces, nothing less. If you can tolerate them add bananas and avacodoes to your daily intake and bkueberries. Those three foods are superfoods. Also will help twitch and calm you a tad. Youre okay jenni. Mind games going on,

Ooh i know. And sometimes jenni we do get sick too..its just we dint think we are going to heal for some reason. Or take each symptom and blow it up to some crazy level.

Jenni do you realize by now the meds would have kicked in and youd be thinking about where you would be going to dinner instead of all this? You never even gave it a try. How is this all better? Im not even saying meds are the answer at all, but what if you are part of the fifty percent that they work on? What if...

My eye twitches all of the time. As for the cough.....I wouldn't worry about that. Anxiety magnifies simple things that are normal. I have the same probkem.

I bet it is. The other day I had involuntary muscle movement on the right side of my face by my chin. My friend calmed me down and told me it would go away. Within less that 24 hours it was gone. I bet if I would have let my health anxiety take over I would be a mess. We all have to realize we are hyper sensitive to any sensation and our bodies will do weird things from time to time.

Hi Jenni - why are you worried about a milh cough?  Go to the oharmacy and get some cough medicine.

As for the twitching eye, it has nothing to do with the cough.

Mine's been twitching for years now, and I haven't once mentioned it to my optician.

You're scared because of your GAD. Don't let it persuade you that there is anything wrong, darling.

    You're fine, I promise you.

You do suffer anxiety so above sounds like Anxiety

I do not have your last script here so I do not remember your concerns.

Anxiety sufferes need to understand the conditions they suffer from generally a problem that may not be serious and should look onto most of their concerns are in the mind and they need to find an excuse for the concerns they have.

Most illnessess are not serious and we can accept that as something transient and disapear given time.

Anxiety sufferers also jump towards medical tests and what happens is they can suffer more problems for their health.

I feel we need to be patient with out twinges and worries, most might disappear.

Mind I am no doctor and I would never recommend any of us not go to get checked over

Yes and I'm constantly running to my doctor to get checked out to confirm I'm okay

Twitching eye - had it. I thought it was a sign that I was run down. It lasted a whole month. I prob was.

I had twitches everywhere. Hand, arm, other eye.

Don't be scared. It's perfectly normal for twitches to occur. The body reacts to stress or low well being in a variety of ways.
