Wow our minds must be powerful. I have heard studies that show when you think of an illness or even pregnancy, your body starts to take on those symptoms. I also get obsessed with checking heart rate and BP. I'm supposed to get a heart rate watch soon, maybe that's not a good idea.

I feel your pain I currently have all those symptoms.. it's hard but just try not to think about it I have been stressed a lot too and I think that is what triggered my anxiety and anxiety sucks but u have to fight it.. the mind is very powerful when u think u have something the symptoms would occur which makes u panic more my arm pain is more like a burning sensation not sure if your experiencing the same but this had happen to me before and it was anxiety so when it happens again I tell myself I am fine it's just my anxiety 🙄

I have been having similar problems. Chest pain, arm pain, palpitations, recently gas/tummy troubles... I've been to urgent care twice as I do not yet have health insurance or a regular doctor and both times the doctor said it's anxiety.
I would say if you have had tests done and they all came back good, it's all anxiety. It's crazy how many symptoms anxiety can cause. I'm going to ask to get tests done next month when I have insurance just to make sure. You could always go back since it's been a little while just to ease your mind. Best of luck and I hope you feel better soon!
