Could you explain a little more about the confusion? Like what happens and what things are confusing? And hyper awareness of ones behavior is part of anxiety. That’s because anxiety causes us to over focus on ourselves. And my brightness could you explain a little more about the confusion? Like what happens and what things are confusing? And hyper awareness of ones behavior is part of anxiety. That’s because anxiety causes us to over focus on ourselves. we go over and over in our minds what we are doing, we are worried that other people are judging us. Etc.

all those things are happening because your mind is just overloaded with anxiety. The best thing you can do is bring the anxiety level down and get some help with doing that from a counselor if needed.when you get stuck in a loop of worry then it’s difficult to make decisions because you ruminate about things and go over them and over them in your head to the point where you can’t make a solid decision. It would be good to just make a decision and go with it. Even if it’s not quite what you want, you can change things up but start out by being firm in your decision and you’ll feel a lot better.
