yes I do that frequently but not as much as I used to. It got to be so annoying that little by little I gave up doing that and just made a decision and stuck to it. Even if I didn’t like that decision it just felt way better to make a move and do something! if I needed to change something then I did.

people with anxiety and OCD tend to do that often because they always second-guess themselves. it’s like always checking the stove to make sure it’s off, etc. for some reason we don’t feel that we can trust we checked everything or that we are making the right decision.start with the simple things. Just take off your shoes and place them right away. Don’t overthink it just go on and do something else.do that every day and then add something else.

I learned throughout life that there is no way I am going to please everybody. And it is not our responsibility to do that!we can be kind to people but we don’t have to make sure they are happy or satisfied with everything we do. That’s never going to happen anyway. Just make it a point to please yourself and make your own choices no matter what anybody thinks.

Anyway, just relax your mind and make decisions that are good for you not anybody else. Take one day at a time and keep practicing. Take care
